Tom Reed is an actor-singer-writer-improviser whose middle initial is "B."
Tom has been featured on stages all over the Twin Cities including Theater Latte Da, Ten Thousand Things, Guthrie Theater, Jungle Theater, Brave New Workshop, Mixed Blood, Open Eye, History Theatre, and HUGE Improv Theater. On screen he appears in Netflix's Lady Dynamite, Shudder's V/H/S/85, History Channel, and Locally Grown Comedy along with commercials and several award-winning short films. As a creator, in addition to several years writing sketch comedy in the Brave New Workshop's main stage cast, Tom has written and performed acclaimed one-man musical parodies of Harry Potter, Twilight, The Hunger Games, Game of Thrones and Stranger Things ("Drop-dead funny" -Star Tribune), penned a horror show on bikes that City Pages called "spine-tinglingly relatable" and created a truly ridiculous comedy about the sultry side of plant life which Star Tribune called a "Fringe winner."
